An award-winning tea for morning sickness.

Whole leaves of lemon verbena, lemon balm, African mint and lemongrass combine with pieces of root ginger for a soothing cuppa.

The ingredients have all been used for millennia to ease nausea, and some small scale research now believes that this is due to the gingerols in the ginger, and citrals in the lemon-y ingredients that are both anti-inflammatory.

We only use whole leaf ingredients to ensure that it is as gentle as possible on your stomach.  Our whole leaf, biodegradable tea bags release fewer tannins into a brew, ensuring it is less likely to aggravate your tummy.

Blended to be suitable for pregnancy, with none of the ingredients identified as a risk in research or by the NHS. SAFE FOR PREGNANCY All the ingredients in this tea are safe for pregnancy. Lemongrass is sometimes noted online as being dangerous but this is contradicted by the most recent research in Brazil which concluded lemongrass had no toxic impact on pregnancy. And most importantly, the NHS considers it a safe herb to have during pregnancy. Please see additional Info sections.
